Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with KindMade. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom-Made Products
All KindMade figurines are custom-made based on the photos and details provided by the customer. Because each item is personalized and made specifically for one order, all sales are final once production has started.
We do not accept returns or refunds for custom-made products due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect photo choice, wrong size selection, or personal preference.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase, as long as production has not started.
After 12 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To review the issue, we may ask you to provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video showing the issue
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief explanation of the problem
If the issue is approved after review, we may offer a replacement, remake, or another appropriate solution. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at our discretion.
Photo and Customization Responsibility
Customers are responsible for uploading clear, high-quality photos and entering accurate customization details.
We are not responsible for issues caused by low-quality, blurry, cropped, filtered, or incorrect photos submitted by the customer.
Small artistic differences may occur because each figurine is custom-made. Minor differences in color, shape, facial detail, pose, size, or finish are not considered defects.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, missed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If a package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, we will assist by checking the tracking information and contacting the carrier when possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs and paid add-ons are non-refundable once the order has been processed or shipped.
Chargebacks
By placing an order, you agree to this policy and understand that your product is custom-made. If a chargeback is filed after production or delivery, we may provide the payment provider with order records, product details, tracking information, customer communication, and this policy.
